Leadership Support Central:

Making a Difference, Loving Your Life

Have you ever felt in need of a guide on your journey?

  • Someone to understand your gifts and your aspirations, who will keep your feet to the fire to be the best you can be?
  • Someone to help you achieve real success as you also make a difference in the world?
  • Someone to help you balance work with the rest of your life - so that you love the whole of your life?

CASA coaches are available to do just that.

They also are available to help you interpret your Pearson-Marr Archetype Indicator ((PMAI) and/or your organization's Organizational and Team Culture Indicator (OTCI) results. (See Orientation Publications & Instruments section for information about these instruments).

Clients:

CASA coaches work with:

  • Leaders, executives, administrators, and other managers
  • Leadership or creative teams
  • Entrepreneurs and small business owners
  • Politicians, journalists, and others seeking the archetype behind the story
  • Educators, psychologists, and other helping professionals
  • Individuals seeking to have a more positive impact in their families and communities.

Outcomes:

CASA associates coach individuals and teams to:

  • create a vision for a desired future and find a path to get there
  • identify and capitalize on their strengths, interests, and deep-seated value commitments
  • understand their organizational culture and work more effectively within it
  • increase creativity and the capacity to think outside the box
  • achieve success, work/life balance, and personal fulfillment
  • make a difference to the larger world, and
  • find ways to truly live one's life.

Tools:

The CASA difference is the depth that comes from a solid grounding in research, theory, and practice based on Jungian principles. This means that CASA coaches understand and utilize knowledge of

  • psychological type theory (utilizing the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator)
  • archetypal theory (utilizing the Pearson-Marr Archetype Indicator)
  • creativity enhancement and intuition training (utilizing creativity exercises)
  • strategies for making unconscious motivations conscious (applying Jungian categories of analysis)
  • synchronicity and seeing connections others miss
  • a systems context (utilizing the Organizational and Team Culture Indicator).

CASA coaches also provide individual or group tutorials to understand the results on these instruments.

Other Services:

In addition to coaching, CASA associates also offer:

  • interpreting MBTI, PMAI, and OTCI results to individuals or groups
  • speeches and leadership development seminars
  • culture audits of a business or organization
  • consulting services designed to help people and organizations thrive in change processes, mergers, or acquisitions
  • integrative branding/organizational development services
  • thinking partners—teams to help clarify options related to thorny problems.
